About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Admin Assistant to join our team at Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital. This is a permanent full-time and casual role that offers a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals in a busy Cardiac Ward environment
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
