Career Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Coach to join our team. As a Career Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients towards career readiness and enabling opportunities for employment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse marketing clients to employers;
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Providing exceptional service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.

You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative, and goals-focused team of professionals from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about making a positive impact.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • A desire to be part of a dynamic organization, with a true belief in our purpose: to empower individuals and businesses to thrive; and
  • A current Driver's Licence.
