Job Title: Senior Clinical Care Specialist
About the RoleAs a skilled and dedicated Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care within our Clinical Centre team. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinicians to deliver exceptional clinical support and ensure a safe and positive experience for patients.
- Provide clinical support to Multidisciplinary Clinicians within the Clinical Centre.
- Primary responsibility for providing nursing support for the Continence Urodynamic Service.
- Support and care for patients and their carers to ensure a positive clinical experience.
- Work as part of the SACS team to provide a safe, productive, and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and respect by adhering to infection control and national standards.
Requirements:
- Medication Endorsed EN qualification.
- Experience in phlebotomy, MSUs, vital signs, bladder scans, medication preparation, and wound care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
