">We are seeking an experienced legal expert to join our team as a Contract and Intellectual Property Lawyer. In this role, you will provide timely and high-quality legal advice to senior executives and key decision-makers across the organization.
">The successful applicant will have extensive experience in commercial, contract, and intellectual property law. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, managing complex legal issues, and developing policies and procedures that support the organization's strategic objectives.
">Key Responsibilities Include:
">- Providing legal advice on contract, commercial, and intellectual property law matters relating to the organization's research activities and other intellectual property interests and transactions.">
- Managing the provision of legal services outsourced to external legal providers to ensure value for money, quality, and timeliness of work produced.">
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures that support the organization's strategic objectives.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must be admitted as a Solicitor or Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland. You should have a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience and demonstrated relevant expertise and experience.
