About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

  • Facing customer service inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person
  • Providing support to the manager and running daily operations
  • Keeping customers updated on delivery lead times
  • Undertaking repair inspections on vehicles
  • Exploring customer needs and educating them on our full scope of services

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current driver's license
  • The ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Face-to-face customer service
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Provide administrative support
  • Schedule repair bookings
  • Resolve customer concerns

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with occasional Saturdays.
