We are currently seeking an experienced leader to oversee crews on a road project located in the South East region of Victoria. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing VicRoads or MRPV projects, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and build lasting relationships with clients
- Manage resources and personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
- At least 3 years managing civil projects and teams
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor your team
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and drive to deliver results
