About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing store team, driving sales growth, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to shaping the retail environment and visual merchandising strategies that showcase our beautiful garments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales assistants and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and promotional activities
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales, wage, and target goals
  • Implement robust roster management to ensure seamless store operations
  • Contribute to the development of visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and create an engaging store environment
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced fashion environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales, wage, and target goals
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and practices
