Job Description

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

  • You will work closely with the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • You will become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication, and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.
  • You will stay informed about the latest products and share valuable insights with customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets.
  • Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication, and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements
  • Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous).
  • A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships.
  • An obvious love for fashion, styling, and trends within the industry.
  • Thrive on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Are goal-oriented and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and expectations.
  • Impeccable personal presentation.

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
