We're looking for a skilled Agile Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team and drive the adoption of best-in-class agile techniques, methods, frameworks, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, XP, Lean Start-up, Lean Manufacturing, Design Thinking, and Customer-Centered Design.
  • Facilitate key meetings, events, and ceremonies, such as Big Room Planning, Inception workshops, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews, and Backlog Refinement.
  • Contribute to the Agile Delivery practice to drive best-in-class ways of working across WooliesX and Woolworths Group.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working in an Agile Delivery squad or team, actively contributing to the successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Expertise in using tools like Miro, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
  • Skilled in multiple Agile frameworks, with the ability to be agnostic of frameworks when assessing the most valuable way forward.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and risk management skills.
