Veterinary Nurse Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced veterinary nurse to take on a leadership role within our clinic. As Practice Manager, you will play a key part in the day-to-day success of our practice, managing:
- Operational tasks including inventory management, team supervision, and client record maintenance.
- Developing and leading our team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensuring we meet our monthly performance targets.
- Drove business growth through local marketing initiatives.
- Providing exceptional patient care and service to clients.
- Participating in nursing duties as required, including training and mentoring nurses.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
- Proven experience in team leadership, either as a head nurse or practice manager.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor team members.
- Extensive knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A collaborative and supportive attitude.
- Strong organizational and business acumen.
- Prior experience with Rx Works is desirable but not essential.
