We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our retail operations and drive growth in our Melbourne CBD & Northern Suburbs stores.

About the Role
  • Lead a large team (100+) and foster their development to achieve commercial targets.
  • Ensure key commercial targets are met or exceeded, while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and auditing.
  • Built strong relationships with customers and team members, promoting a positive store culture.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement the store retail strategy to achieve key commercial targets.
  2. Coach, lead, and develop a large team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  3. Promote a one-team culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
