Job Description:

We are seeking a retail professional to take on a leadership role in our growing business. As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the team, supporting customers, managing stock, driving sales, and overseeing operations.

Key responsibilities include product and inventory management, formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, setting prices, and managing local marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and retaining a high-performing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
