We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Ballarat.
Job DescriptionA leading commercial property expert is looking for a full-time Property Manager to manage, maintain and grow their commercial property portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team specialising in sales, leasing, and property management across Western Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage, maintain and grow the Ballarat Commercial Property Portfolio
- Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
- Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive and positive with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Required Skills and QualificationsQualifications:
- Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
