Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client management, relationship building, and delivering exceptional service.

This is a key role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service
  • Understand client needs and provide unique solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
  • Identify and solve problems before they arise
  • Prepare and generate reports for internal parties
  • Manage workflows and performance of onshore and offshore team members
  • Own liaison and management of dealings for clients
  • Monitor all client deadlines and ensure prompt service
  • Maintain regular contact with clients through all mediums and address any concerns
  • Maintain all physical and digital records
  • Assist with managing Governance, Risk and Compliance strategy
  • Support team members with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

What We're Looking for in a Candidate:

  • Experience in client management and relationship building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in problem-solving and creativity
  • Results-driven work ethic with attention to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sound knowledge of administrative processes and regulations
  • Experience using cloud accounting software
  • Knowledge or interest in music industry is highly valued
