Looking for an exciting career opportunity in retail buying administration? We have an opening for a Buyer's Assistant to join our dynamic team

About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to our Buying team. You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks, including reports, data entry, presentations, and managing wholesale stock transfers.

A key part of this role is working closely with our Buyers to develop range selections and product grading. You will also be supporting weekly press-store communication and memos, as well as administering weekly reports.

If you have previous experience in a similar retail buying assistant or trainee buying role, we want to hear from you You should have proficiency in Excel for data analysis, entry, and report management.

We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills. You will need to be able to create, plan, monitor, and execute multiple reports, all while managing your time effectively.

Our ideal candidate will have problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a retail buying assistant or trainee buying role
