Clinical Administration Support Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced administrative professionals to join our Clinical Administration Support team at Mount Isa Hospital.

The successful candidates will provide administrative support services to clinicians and contribute to effective operations of the hospital.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to enquiries and provide information and assistance to staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Contribute to patient flow by performing a support role to nursing and medical staff.
  • Provide relief or backfill to various positions throughout the hospital.

Requirements:
  • No mandatory qualifications are required for this position.
  • Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
  • This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
