About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our national team of clinicians providing clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers.

As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work across national and state-based customer contracts, performing assessments and interventions in various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centers, and clinics.

You will be responsible for helping clients achieve their health outcomes and goals, while also promoting best practice health engagements throughout their rehabilitation journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Provide evidence-based case management and clinical services to injured workers
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal health outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • 1+ year of experience in a Rehab Consulting or return-to-work role
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ASORC
  • Driver's license and vehicle
