Package Manager

As a Package Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery and budget adherence of electrical design and supply scope packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective plans to manage electrical design and supply scope packages.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Delegate tasks to a multidisciplinary team and oversee their completion to a high standard.
  • Ensure supplier deliverables and interrelated work are completed sequentially and in accordance with contract and project requirements.

You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating impacts on schedule, quality, and cost, and communicating outputs to stakeholders.

In addition, you will share regular progress reports with clients and stakeholders, resolve issues or delays, reduce the risk of delays, and prevent cost overruns.

Requirements:
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Electrical Engineering; Professional Engineer is an advantage.
  • Have experience in the procurement of electrical plant and equipment for large infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • possess project management expertise and experience in contract management and schedule interpretation.
