We are seeking a Senior Design Professional to join our team. This role involves leading projects, collaborating with clients and junior designers, and contributing to the growth of our design office.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead projects and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.">
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles and best practices.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and project updates.">
  • Contribute to the development of our design office, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.">
  • Experience working with 2D and 3D software packages.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.">
  • Previous experience in the mining industry, particularly in piping, pump stations, and structural detailing.">
  • Advanced Steel experience and knowledge of P&ID, Orthographic and Isometric drawings.">
  • Understanding of point cloud technology and Autodesk Plant 3D and ReCap.">
  • Strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.">
