About the Role- Clinical Leadership: Oversee the clinical care delivery within a 100+ bed aged care facility, ensuring compliance with aged care standards.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and personal care assistants.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with the Residential Manager and allied health professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Facility Operations: Ensure the facility meets regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of care.
- Reporting: Report directly to the Facility Manager and indirectly liaise with external healthcare providers and families.
- We are a medium-sized aged care facility located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.
