Lead Technical Advisor - Agriculture Extension

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Advisor to coordinate and lead our agricultural extension initiatives across ANZ. This role will work closely with stakeholders, research institutions, and internal teams to ensure the dissemination and adoption of best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic coordination, leadership, and oversight of technical extension programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of technical specialists to develop and implement effective extension programs.
  • Oversight of program design, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical extension, advisory services, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple locations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in digital tools for program management and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership and people management experience, including managing remote teams.
  • Deep understanding of technical extension methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective extension programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation.
