Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Spirits Specialist to join our team at Dan Murphy's Woolloongabba. As a key member of our entrepreneurial community, you will be responsible for providing customers with expert knowledge and advice on our extensive spirit selection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers in a genuine and authentic way, sharing product knowledge and delivering exceptional end-to-end service.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to plan and execute customer events, showcasing our spirit offerings.
  • Advocate for My Dan's loyalty program by educating customers on its benefits and product offerings.
  • Share your passion for spirits with team members, developing their product knowledge and inspiring a love for the industry.
  • Contribute to store sales planning processes, leveraging your expertise to recommend product lines and drive sales growth.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a genuine enthusiasm for spirits and a desire to create memorable customer experiences. You should have a good understanding of wine and beer, as well as a thirst for knowledge and a love of learning about new and emerging trends.

As a skilled communicator, you will be able to authentically impart your knowledge to customers and team members, inspiring them to continue their journey of discovery.
