About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spirits Connoisseur to join our team at Dan Murphy's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage customers in an authentic way, sharing product knowledge and providing end-to-end service
  • Work collaboratively with the store leadership team to set up and facilitate customer events
  • Advocate for My Dan's loyalty by engaging with customers to understand benefits and product offerings
  • Instil your love and passion for spirits into every interaction and use this to develop team member product knowledge
  • Undertake a variety of in-store tasks, including customer service and inventory tasks as well as duty management
  • Contribute to store sales planning processes by sharing your specialist product knowledge and recommendations on product lines

About You:

We are looking for someone who has a real desire to create memorable customer moments and the ability to work across key customer hours. You should be proficient in the world of spirits and have a good understanding of wine and beer. You should also have a thirst for knowledge and love to learn about new and emerging trends and categories.
