Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant role available in Bundaberg QLD

We are seeking a professional to join our retail team as a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Support team members to ensure business objectives are met
  • Contribute to store presentation through merchandising and general housekeeping
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with customers
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job
  • A high degree of attention to detail
