**Business Intelligence Professional Opportunity**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Professional to join our team based in the Gold Coast.

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to identify business requirements, design and develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with large datasets, creating data-driven insights, and communicating complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring systems are updated to allow accurate and timely billing of customers.
  • Identifying and investigating data discrepancies.
  • Resolving customer data issues in a timely manner.
  • Reconciliation of Sales Orders in JDE with details provided by the Business Units and Pricing and Menu files.
  • Developing and updating weekly and monthly reports to monitor billing progress and accuracy.
  • Reliable monitoring of systems and development of action plans to resolve any issues identified.
  • Reconciliation with Customer Billing and Menu management systems to ensure both internal and external systems are aligned and accurate.

Key Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - lookups, macros, formula/model creation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
