Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

About The Role

Making a positive impact on people's lives is at the heart of what we do – enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.

  • Deliver exceptional care experiences that are genuine, compassionate and tailored to each client's needs.
  • Assist clients with daily activities including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation and companionship.
  • Implement care plans developed by our experienced Care Designers (Registered Nurses) to meet each client's unique requirements.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by using equipment safely and properly.

Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Individual Support, or extensive industry experience
  • Current National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
  • NDIS Clearance
