We are currently seeking skilled professionals to provide home-based care and support services. This role is ideal for those passionate about delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes
- Provide domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and food shopping to maintain a comfortable living environment
- Assist with personal grooming and hygiene to promote overall well-being
- Remind clients of medication schedules and assist with daily tasks
- Prepare meals and assist with mobility within the home and community to ensure independence
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Home and Community Care
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or first-year study towards it
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
