Experienced Carpenter Wanted

We are seeking an accomplished carpenter to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, the ability to mentor and guide junior staff, and a high level of technical expertise.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-end residential projects, with a strong understanding of building principles, architectural details, and site set-out. They will be able to execute complex carpentry tasks efficiently, ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards, and accurately interpret and implement site plans and construction drawings.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of carpenters and apprentices
- Assign tasks and maintain high standards of workmanship
- Execute high-quality carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and custom woodworking
- Evaluate project timelines and coordinate with other trades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Demonstrated experience in high-end residential projects
- Certificate III in Carpentry
- Driver's license and own vehicle
- White card
- Possession of tools
