About Our Carpenters

We are seeking experienced Carpenters to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our high-end residential projects. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings, and scope of works.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings, and scope of works
  • General building and carpentry work
  • Good understanding of project timing and the impact of other trades
  • Custom interior/exterior fit outs
  • Bespoke and detailed joinery
  • Organising and managing other trades on-site
  • Supporting and leading Apprentices on-site
  • Ensuring workplace health and safety
  • Promoting professionalism and excellence in all aspects of work

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in high-end residential carpentry post-qualification (Apprentices in their final year of training may also be considered)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • High-quality workmanship
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • Cert III Carpentry qualification
  • Drivers licence (own vehicle)
  • White card
  • Tools
