Job Title: Warehouse Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient warehouse operations supporting production and maintenance activities.

  • This position is based at our Bayswater Power Station in the Upper Hunter, NSW, with excellent remuneration and employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. MRO Inventory Management: Oversee the end-to-end inventory management process, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient handling of 21,000+ items worth up to $110+ million.
  2. SAP Experience: Utilise SAP for inventory tracking, stocktaking, and receipting.
  3. Work Order Management: Pick and stage parts for work orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the site teams.
  4. Physical Tasks: Load and unload vehicles, pick and pack parts, and operate machinery such as MR trucks, cranes, and forklifts.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a busy team, taking initiative and maintaining a high level of safety and autonomy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and relevant experience in warehouse operations / inventory management within energy, mining or heavy industrial environments.
  • Mandatory C Class driver's license.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation and the Dangerous Goods Act.
  • WorkCover High-Risk Work licence for Forklift - C Class Drivers licence required and MR truck licence desired.
