Cyber incident records management is a critical function in maintaining the integrity of an organization's digital assets. As a specialist in this field, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of cyber incident records.

Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance will be considered for this position. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience with data evaluation, entry, analysis, and validation.
  • Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and working with databases and Atlassian platforms like Confluence or JIRA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Training or experience in cyber security analysis or incident response is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities

As a Cyber Incident Records Management Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of cyber incidents.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to gather information and ensure the completeness of records.
  • Providing data analysis and insights to support decision-making within the organization.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of record-keeping processes.

Requirements
