Accounts Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to the company director and bookkeeper.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, reconciliations, and payments for accounts payable
  • Manage customer accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate records for accounts receivable
  • Verify credit card transactions, reconcile statements, and investigate discrepancies for credit card reconciliation
  • Match bank statements with internal records, investigate differences, and ensure accuracy for bank reconciliation
  • Oversee petty cash, manage expenses, and maintain records for petty cash management
  • Analyze and prepare cash flow forecasts, balance sheets, and other financial reports for cash flow preparation
