Job Title: Financial Operations Associate
Job Description:
As a Financial Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing deposits, as well as performing daily banking functions.
- Processing invoices and reconciling statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Following up on accounts receivable and forwarding statements/invoices in a timely manner.
- Managing accounts payable and processing daily bank statements for reconciliation purposes.
- Assisting with payroll processing and providing general administration support duties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of financial operations and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
