Culinary Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Next Generation Health & Lifestyle Club at Ryde.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Food & Beverage Team to ensure the kitchen operates within its agreed budgets and maintains food hygiene and health and safety compliance.
This is a casual position with a 7-day roster, with hours allocated in collaboration with the candidate. We value flexibility and are open to discussing second jobs or adjusting hours to suit the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to high standards, maintaining kitchen protocols such as HACCP.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Team to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive team culture.
Requirements:
- Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (desirable but not essential).
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, with a positive attitude and passion for food.
- Ability to work in a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
