About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Ventia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaners and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaners, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent service.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all school sites are compliant with contractual requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective rostering and scheduling systems to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and staff on issues related to service delivery, operational issues, and project progress.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and promote safe work practices, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work hours and location.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant training or qualifications in a related field.
