We are thrilled to announce a permanent opportunity for a seasoned Airfield Interface Manager to join our Aviation services team.
This role entails overseeing the design, development, and implementation of enhancements across all Aviation Operations facilities projects. This includes innovative product development, infrastructure initiatives, process and systems improvements, service upgrades, and people change projects.

Key Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the effective delivery of Airfield Operations/Capital Project interfaces from design through to implementation and operational readiness, enhancing both customer and operator experiences.
- Ensure thorough stakeholder engagement and approvals while meeting operational requirements with cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and implement business improvements across Aviation Operations, including processes, systems, personnel, and infrastructure projects from inception through to delivery and operational readiness.
- Manage the consistent execution of Operations projects concerning customer impact, regulatory compliance, readiness, cost, and adherence to operational scopes.
- Ensure compliance and risk management are prioritized throughout design, construction, and delivery phases.
- Support the development and execution of construction projects, process enhancements, and operational improvement initiatives in alignment with established policies and procedures.
- Fully comprehend the role's relation to the Airport Emergency Plan (AEP) and Crisis Management Plan (CMP), ensuring training is current and responsibilities are enacted as needed.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- A background in Aviation with a solid understanding of Airfield Operations.
- Experience in Project Management.
- An empathetic and considerate approach, coupled with commercial acumen.
- Strong learning agility and emotional intelligence.
- Decisiveness and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- A willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
- The ability to influence others in high-pressure situations.
