Job Description

Buildability Group is seeking a highly skilled Building Services Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing the installation of building services including electrical, HVAC, and fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and coordinate building services to ensure seamless integration into construction projects.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the construction process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service engineering practices within the company.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant Building Services experience on complex projects.
  • Previous principal contractor or sub-contractor experience.
  • Must have worked on large commercial, data centres, or government style projects from $50m-$100m.
  • Ideally both front-end design and delivery experience.
  • Strong all-round computer skills.
