Job Overview

We are seeking a talented data scientist/bioinformatician to collaborate with leading medical researchers and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design experiments and build cutting-edge algorithms to transform complex clinical and experimental datasets into meaningful insights.
  • Work hands-on with diverse data types, including single-cell transcriptomics, genomics, epigenomics, proteomics, and structural biology.
  • Conduct and support research experiments and projects independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate scientific knowledge and technical expertise, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Hold at least an MSc and/or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Mathematics, Statistics, or possess equivalent experience.
  • Have experience working in a professional research capacity with a strong focus on biomedical data analysis.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Use of cutting-edge approaches for analysing high-dimensional and multi-omics data.
  • Familiarity with pathway enrichment and network analysis.
  • Analysis of long-read sequencing data.
