We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our IT team as a Technical Support Officer.
- This is a full-time position working 36.25 hours per week.
Responsibilities include providing timely technical support based on phone calls, in-person visits, and requests logged via email. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, installation, configuration, and support of desktop hardware and software, and knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Application Deployment systems, Citrix, and Exchange server environments.
- Key responsibilities include resolving technical issues, documenting processes and solutions, updating equipment records, and escalating unresolved issues to other teams.
- The role requires the ability to identify solutions to both technical and procedural problems with end-user computing devices and software applications.

Requirements:
