We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Reporting Specialist to join our team at QBE Insurance Group. As a key member of our AUSPAC Reporting team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business units across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex reporting tools and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data and reporting, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs.
  • Identify and propose improvements to current reporting templates and processes.
  • Lead and manage onshore reporting project requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Responsible for reports quality audits, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
Requirements
  • 5 years of relevant experience in reporting and analytics, with a strong background in data management and analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Experience with programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and Macro VBA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and provide coaching to other team members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Power BI, SAS, Tableau, and Alteryx certifications.
  • Experience working in a similar support role, with a focus on quality audits.
  • Experience working in a BPO reporting environment, supporting onshore stakeholders.
