Job Title

Strategic Consulting Manager plays a key role in supporting the ecosystem of partners by advising on payments strategy, proposition design, digital solutions, and portfolio optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare client proposals and project plans, identifying dependencies, roles, responsibilities, scope, and outcomes/deliverables.
  • Prepare project materials, including interview guides, data requirements, concepts, and frameworks.
  • Undertake client interviews, collecting and analysing inputs such as client information, data, processes, policies, competitive, and environmental information.
  • Present compelling findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly.
  • Lead junior team members, driving growth and profitability in clients' payments businesses.
  • Develop and implement solutions that address client objectives and result in performance improvement.
