The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • leading the sales team to meet and exceed KPIs
  • managing sales results on the Sales Manager's RDOs
  • driving sales growth through effective sales strategies
  • leading by example and getting out onto the showroom floor to sell

Key Responsibilities

  • managing and developing a team of sales staff
  • developing and implementing sales plans and strategies
  • analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • proven sales leadership experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • passion for the outdoors and outdoor lifestyle
