We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our team at 4WD Supacentre. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading by example, and getting out onto the showroom floor to sell. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing rosters and attendance of staff, driving sales results on the Sales Manager's RDOs, and mentoring, supporting or managing a small team of 5-10 staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Manage rosters and attendance of staff
  • Drive sales results on the Sales Manager's RDOs
  • Manage day-to-day operations
  • Lead by example and get out onto the showroom floor to sell
  • Mentor, support or manage a small team of 5-10 staff
