We seek individuals who can bring fresh and innovative thinking to THG, contributing to the company's exciting journey.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering annual events and partnership strategies for MyProtein, driving brand awareness and product trial through localized offline activities, generating new customers, and increasing our CRM database.

Collaborate closely with the Influencer Team to deliver events engaging existing influencers while attracting new ones. Build local relationships with suppliers to support campaigns and events.

Ensure events provide attendees with a unique and memorable Myprotein brand experience, considering digital space translation and PR, earned media, and social reach opportunities.

Work closely with the central partnership and NPD team to deliver partnerships, outreach, and engage potential partners for joint activity and delivery partnership campaigns.

Build and manage project plans to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and the project is delivered on time, proposing and managing event budgets in consultation with GM, ANZ.

Deliver post-campaign reviews to capture learnings and take them forward to future activations, always considering how activations drive sales and attract new customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:">

  • Prior experience working in brand partnership">
  • Experience developing project plans and managing a budget">
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills">

  • An agile and adaptable mindset">
  • A high level of resilience and enthusiasm for constant improvement">
  • Tertiary degree in event management, business, commerce, marketing, or related disciplines (preferable but not essential)">
  • Valid working rights in Australia">
