Job Title: Assistant Cleaning Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Liaise daily with the Cleaning Manager on all site and staff matters.
  • Following up on clients' business communications, ordering and billing and tracking the organisation's expenditure.
  • Invoicing clients, collecting company data and negotiating agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Educating clients about company products and services and how to make a purchase.
  • Maintain efficient and accurate records for quality and cost control.
  • Deliver excellent communication and motivation to the site including communicating on a regular basis so that team goals can be achieved.
  • Have basic knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals and the use of cleaning equipment and supervise the use of such equipment and chemicals.
  • Support the identification of training needs and ensure accurate site records are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure that the Supervisors have appropriate assistance as required. You may be expected undertake any cleaning tasks as required.
  • Identify new business opportunities and raise these with the Cleaning Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent time keeping, organisation, planning and scheduling skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Self-motivation.
