We are seeking a dedicated and reliable **Permanent Part Time** **Cleaning Supervisor** to join our organisation. This role is a **level 3 classification paying $27.17 per hour,** plus other allowances. Hours are a minimum of** 5.5hrs per fortnight**. You will be required to travel to the areas in and around **Renmark, Berri, and Riverland**. It is crucial in maintaining our high standards of service across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly site visits to perform cleaning inspections in designated areas.
  • Provide on-site training and support to cleaning staff.
  • Organise and coordinate staff shifts as needed.
  • Oversee stock control and inventory management.
  • Handle additional operational duties as they arise.
  • Provide coverage for staff absences when required performing the following activities: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, emptying rubbish bins, cleaning toilet/shower facilities, cleaning glass surfaces, pathological cleaning duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous commercial cleaning knowledge and experience.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle, as travel across various regions is required. A travel allowance will be provided to cover mileage and related expenses.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively.
  • Have an acceptable level of physical and mental fitness.
  • Have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  • Willing to undertake other compliance checks as required.
