We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Supervisor to join our team at 309 FLSmidth Pty. Ltd. in Beresford, WA.

Job Summary:

The Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring the efficient operation of our site's maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and administer planned and unplanned service activities
  • Coordinate with planning roles to assign service technicians to complete predictive and preventative tasks
  • Review task schedules to identify issues and ensure effective use of resources
  • Supervise site and workshop activities to ensure productive outcomes and optimum utilization
  • Actively assist in the selection process to ensure qualified applicants are selected
  • Develop and implement improved maintenance tactics in collaboration with engineering

Requirements:

  • Essential – skills and experience in a similar role as a Service Supervisor
  • Experience in organizing and delivering a variety of service activities in the mining industry
  • Trade Qualified; fitter, mechanical
  • Previous experience supervising a site service team within the mining sector
  • CHPP Shut-Down experience
  • Relevant Coal Mine inductions and valid competencies (not essential, can be provided)
  • Current State Manual Driver's License
