Job Summary

As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for actioning inbound telephone inquiries from clients seeking information and assistance relating to finance and insurance.

Actively engaging with existing and prospective clients is crucial in maximising rapport and enhancing current or future sales opportunities.

You will interview clients to accurately identify their circumstances, requirements, and the likelihood of being able to provide credit assistance.

Preparing and executing finance and insurance contracts as required for each transaction ensures data integrity is maintained to the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actioning inbound telephone inquiries from clients seeking finance and insurance assistance.
  • Engaging with existing and prospective clients to maximise rapport and enhance sales opportunities.
  • Interviewing clients to accurately identify their circumstances, requirements, and likelihood of providing credit assistance.
  • Preparing and executing finance and insurance contracts for each transaction.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills and exposure to handling general customer enquiries.

  • Excellent computer skills with a high level of data entry accuracy.
  • Experience in an internal sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Experience working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Mathematically competent.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
