Senior Legal Counsel Position

The role of Senior Legal Counsel is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned lawyer to join our team and contribute to the success of our award-winning law firm.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Wills/Estates lawyer with a strong technical understanding of the law, excellent client relationship skills, and at least 3 years of experience gained at a reputable law firm.

This position involves working on a diverse range of matters including:

  • Preparation of basic and complex Estate Planning documents;
  • Probate;
  • Property Transmissions;
  • Superannuation Death Benefit Claims;
  • Trust Disputes;
  • Family Provision Applications;
  • Solemn Form proceedings;

You will have the opportunity to work across various aspects of estate planning and administration, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in drafting legal documents and correspondence will be invaluable to our clients and our team.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wills/Estates lawyer at a reputable law firm;
