Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced support workers to join our team and provide support to clients in our Short-term Accommodation and in the community. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing varied supports, including 1:1 assistance in daily living skills, group outings, and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to clients in our Short-term Accommodation and in the community
- Assist clients with daily living skills, such as personal care and meal preparation
- Plan and implement group outings and activities
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality support and care
- Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar
- Driver's License
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 6 – 12 months
- First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Evidence of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
- Working with Children's Check
